You are welcome.
An LFG mplus would be abysmal. Incentive wise they could add monetary rewards from doing lower keys you have already timed. M+ players buy all the same consumes, enchants, and crafted gear as raiders but we get literally no gold from playing our content.
Tbh your issues are your own.
Youâre a little undergeared .
Your io is low.
You have zero timed tens.
Most people arenât going to take you over the 2700+ io 670 geared players
M+ Is already in LFG
I think you mean LFD which is the random queued dungeon system.
in which case - absolutely not. you called someone toxic earlier? I think random queued m+ would be the most toxic thing the game has seen.
It should be noted.
I find the complaints about people being toxic seem to expand the easier content is, and a queue system has no effect on erasing it.
As we see complaints about leveling dungeons, n, h, twing being toxic all the time.
I think all complaints are largely exaggerating the issue. But only referencing them because itâs the standard in place.
I donât care if Blizzard adds a queue system for mythic+ keys because I wonât use it and any half decent player wonât use it either. The people that WOULD use it are fellow left of bell curves who arenât desirable picks by good players and would have a significantly higher chance of failing (or at best completing without any prayer of timing) at like the +6 or so point.
What you left of bell curves need to figure out, and wonât/canât, is how you actually get GOOD PEOPLE into your keys or accepting you into theirs. Playing this game as a solo player and ESPECIALLY as a DPS is like playing on insane stupid mode. You are a guppy in a sea of sharks. A piece of plankton in an ocean of whales. Escaping pug hell as a DPS is like trying to fight against getting sucked into a black hole.
You would be best served tanking or healing for your DPS gear.
The queue would not be random.
Its been explained quite a bit why a queue mythic plus wouldnt work between difficulty scalling, comp consideration, no compensation being good enough to draw tanks and healers in without destroying the economy of wow.
But i also think with how successful resilient keystones have been at letting people relax and try new things without fear of a ruined key that a key practice mode in lfg could work
Queue at +x level, has the same affixes and % scalling, forces bar, timer and you can just got at it. No rewards or punishments, fills with a npc if it cant find players, pretty much just a big dungeon specific practice arena but would be great for visual learners.
Tanks could practice routes and pull sizes, dps could practice skips and damage checks, heals learn cooldown timings and read debufs. Better then just watching a video or hoping things in a 0 live long enough to see all the mechanics.
How would it not?
People choose over qualified people rather than people who have neglected their ilvl or io*
Yeah, I think i would conisder queueing for a dungeon at a certain level to get practice knowing there would be no reward.
I like how you conveniently ignored this post.
And you think slapping a group together from a queue is going to get more people to stick around or lead to a higher success rate?
To be clear it can be hard for dps.
As a healer I have no issue getting or making groups and there is ZERO chance I would ever use a lfg tool for m+.
I want to run with dps and tanks that will help the run succeed. Running with total randoâs will never ever work.
All good ideas for increasing mythic+ participation, which sadly is why they would never be implemented.
No, will never use an LFG system for mythic plus
They arenât good ideas which is why they shouldnât be implemented.
They are for those of us that wonât do mythic+ no matter what. At the start of each season I try one or two just to see if it changed and became fun for me, but it never changes.
Thereâs nothing wrong with the folks that enjoy the grind, I wish them well, but many of us will never enjoy them unless there are drastic changes to how they work.
Edit: did you notice i said 'All good ideas for increasing mythic+ participation. . It would probably ruin the fun of those that like the current system. My opinion is based on increasing participation in a system many of us wonât join in .
So then donât do them? Stop trying to ruin them for the people that actually enjoy the content.
Whose key is being used in this system? As a tank, why would I ever choose this over joining a group using available tools in the game currently and which comes with no penalty if I leave a group which is failing or where someone is toxic?
