Selling what people need or want is good business. I don’t see the problem here.
I think 30k is a bit high for a chance at a piece of gear myself but if they have people willing to pay for that why not.

Huh. I thought that stuff would be more expensive.
I mean, I don’t care.
As long as it’s not in LFG.
If it’s in LFG I’m reporting for advertising, every single one I see.
People selling runs for gold has just gotten worse since Blizzard started openly saying they were fine with it. Sure, there’s nothing wrong with people selling runs for gold, but when Blizzard refuses to do anything whatsoever to separate run-selling spam from everything else, it gets pretty chaotic.
Seriously, there’s no reason there shouldn’t be an LFG tab for run selling. Having over half the listings in LFG be run sales, at the same time as chat channels being filled with people advertising run sales, feels pretty bad.
You have betrayed the Council, Fluffybuns.
Maybe someone wants a chance at loot from him? Who cares what the guy sells?
So dont buy it? Wow that’s a simple solution to your problem of them selling it
the world must know
‘tis a secret too grand to leave hidden
25g? That’s cheap. Over on Turalyon at the time they were 80-100g depending on the person running them
I don’t care about these people. You want to sell a run, fine. You want to buy a run, fine. They help each other exist. I just pay no attention to them.
I can explain why there is no specific designated location for them, though. If you create a place for the sellers to go advertise things, most often, they will be the only ones there. A buyer might peek in from time to time, but they probably make most of their sales on people who did not actively plan to buy a run. This would dissuade the sellers from going there, and would be a ghost town.
content shouldnt be so easily carry-able.
For each carry blizz has a player not playing. Its not good business.
then ignore them unless you buy a carry it doesn’t affect you at all
For each carry, that’s one more player skipping a boring gear grind to get to the fun part they actually want to play.
at some point pve content will reach a built in limit to how much it can challenge a well oiled team they will outpower the fight and know it well enough to run it on auto pilot, this is a unfortunate byproduct of blizz going all in on the gear treadmill keeping us playing rather then dynamic content being the hook.

Hey! Long time no see!
Vita and Slappers are good, bro.
On the plus side the gold sellers seem to be gone.
I don’t miss the random “you buy gold?” tells.
I’ve paid for transactions before just because I don’t play the game like I once did. I always feel bad for some reason. I guess maybe the mentality of of how people view paying for things in game, but I mean I have the gold and I don’t spend it on anything else so meh.
…although, I did just get a rare, “Can you spare some gold?” Now those people I actually do hate. Just go play the game like everyone else.
I’m not rich by any stretch of the imagination, but you know how I got what I do have? I earned it by questing and selling a couple things I didn’t want on the AH.
I mean they know that simpleton mdps crave for Ra-den’s weapons. Seems to me they could actually charge more than that.
