is there some special way to summon Seabound mystics? they drop the last item i need(essence of pure spirit) and they haven’t shown up for days. so is there something special you have to do to make them appear?
Nope. Sometimes they are up, sometimes they aren’t. You just have to keep checking and hope to get lucky. If you see Anagogues spawned, then killing them can get Mystics to spawn. (They have a shared spawn.) But, if you don’t see Mystics or Anagogues, then they aren’t currently spawned and you need to try later.
When it was current, realm hopping could help as you might get lucky and find a realm with them up, but being old content, this isn’t practical. (First, because there likely won’t be any groups in the zone to realm jump with, and second because there won’t be that many instances of the zone up these days to hop to.) You can try toggling War Mode, as that will give you an extra zone instance to check.
With the artifacts de-powered, I don’t think the quest reward does anything anymore, so you can just skip it.
im trying to get hati back or whatever that wolf thing is called, i got to 110 and the guy that’s suppose to have the quest gave me this one instead, so i’m guessing that i have to do this before i can get the quest to get Hati back?

The quest to get Hati back is a 120 quest. The quest that you have is the one that let you change change the look of the Artifact version of Hati (which was removed) to that of another pet.
