A new class that specializes in polearms

be cool if we had a dragonknight class that uses polearms that is elf only, uses mounted dragon combat as a unique way to fight, best way to keep it balanced is to make mounted combat world only, then have a seperate combat system just for instances, but have special dungeons and raids that requires dragonknights to avoid wipes

it would have 3 specs, dps, healing, and tank

Aspect: tank spec that leeches from the air that draws a boss’ mana power that prevents bosses from AOEing the group, every 30 seconds, all group member’s armor is increased by 30% and heals 5% of health every 25 seconds

Holy breath: healing spec that breathes healing magic onto all group members, every draw of breath has a 30 second cooldown with 15 seconds of pure healing, AOE heals every 60 seconds

Elemental fire: dps spec that breathes fire that does fire elemental damage

A polearm class could be cool, especially if Blizz made them mid-range (melee to 5 yards maybe) DPS based on the weapon

That’s just more frustration and complaints from always getting axes instead of polearms.

Make DKs, warriors, and paladins mounted combat classes.

Then introduce a pikeman class to lol at them all.

Why?

it’s elf lore

Since when? There are Tauren and humans alike who have been Watchers for the Bronze dragons.

Being friends with a dragon has zero to do with elves.

they are watchers, gatekeepers, not dragon aspects or riders

And nowhere in the lore does it say any of that is specific to elves.

Or are you just going to ignore these guys?

Any race can ride a dragon or be friends with a dragon.

Being a dragoon would be pretty cool buuuuuuuuut I wouldn’t be able to curse or run silly like Cid from FF7 so is it really worth it?

yet, only elves are aspects, not orcs, taurens

What are you talking about? Elves aren’t Aspects. DRAGONS are Aspects. And dragons take on many different mortal forms to look how they want. Not to mention, the Aspects are done and gone and have zero power now and have nothing to do with people riding dragons. Not to mention, Kalec’s form is human, not an elf.

You’re not making any sense whatsoever.

elves are dragons and aspects brainiac

…wat? I’m not a dragon

… elves aren’t dragons nor are they Aspects.

Dragons are dragons. Dragons had Aspects. Aspects lost their power. Dragons can take on any mortal form they want. Kalec, AN ASPECT, has a human form. Chromie, a dragon, has a Gnome form. Ebonhorn, a dragon, has a Tauren form.

If you don’t understand how this game works, then I suggest you stop talking instead of trying to throw insults.
