With SL around the corner, I may be wondering if there is any interest for forming a daytime raiding guild, especially given how people’s real-life circumstances change over time.
Now, given that I am new to WoW, but not new to raiding, since I raided in other games, I believe that AOTC-level could be realistic, but I harbor no illusions about clearing mythic beyond maybe the first few bosses or so.
My current main is a KT resto druid, but if I went Horde, I would want to run an afflic warlock instead, especially if we see another tier that favors multi-dotters.
As for my schedule: my preference would go to Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 4PM EST.
For real. I’ve been looking for something like that for awhile with no luck.
To be honest I think my plan will have to start with M+ and, as we grow the roster, go into normal and heroic raiding. I believe it will be very difficult to get 20+ players that can raid at the mythic level and are willing/able to raid 2x per week during daytime.
That said, I started the interest check with the understanding that very few such guilds exist, and I may find myself with no choice but to create one myself.
