It hasnt been used in PvE since at least eternal palace, and now it is used again.

Most of us play competitively and want to max our dps so no most people didnt take murder of crows because it gimped our damage. Which was sad because it looked cool. At least now we are using it but I never see it happen because I cant control when it happens and Im too busy running mechanics to watch for the cool crows lol

It’s a passive and one less button. The other option was it taking up a slot and never got used.

Rogue not wanting murder of crows when I always used it against rogues in PvP is kinda funny ngl.

I like that it is passive now. Cool visual, still psychologically torments stealth classes in pvp, but I dont need to push a button to make just it cast. Seems like a win/win.

I actually loved it as it was. It seemed more powerful than now too. It’s fascinating reading everyone’s perspectives on changes. I def would rather die than play competitively. lol. #hereforthestory

Honestly? I think it is best how it is now. Perhaps it had uses in PVP or might have been used there but I cannot for the life of me remember a time when BM was ever recommended it for raiding or M+ since legion.
Could be wrong cause that was YEARS ago but I really don’t think it was picked after legion at all really for PVE at least in any guides.
Can’t speak to PVP though. I really don’t do PVP.
In PVP I remember how obnoxious the sounds and swarm were when the crows got me. I would use for that reason on others.

I used it a lot. I love DoTs.
Yeah, until they stuck between your teeth, and then you spend the next hour using your tongue to get them out.
