Okay, so keep in mind I am returning to the game after a year so I’m a little hazy, but this started because I messaged support about being -400 in trader tender which I know now is bug, but I am being told that last year I purchased the crimson glimmerfur mount when I didnt have enough trader tender for it?
I got the mount I was pretty certain that I had 600 tokens available to me, as I remember being torn between the glimmerfur and Mitzy which are both 600 tokens. I locked Mitzy in the save slot a purchased the mount and it pushed me into the negative. I thought it was weird because Id never seen that in WoW before, but also thought it was just a weird thing happening because it was during DF and made the mistake of not reporting it then. Fast forward a year later, the -400 is still there, so I message support about being in the negative. From there I am being told that I actually only had 200 traders tender available to me when I purchased the mount.
Which in my mind doesnt make sense, because I dont know how I was able to purchase it if I didnt have the currency for it. In WoW you cant buy anything without having the correct amount of currency to do so, but this must be where the bug is.
I have sense accumulated more tokens and pulled myself out of the negative, which is a bit of a bummer, but the issue remains of the glimmerfur. If I truly just didnt have the currency for it I would like for it to be removed. I do not want to be a thief or a cheat and have something that I shouldnt have on my account.
