Hello this is my first time I have ever made a thread about this issue. I thought looking through the forums might aid me in my issue but it hasn’t. To give you a little bit of background, I have been playing BFA from the beginning up until the announcement of the raid Battle of Dazar alor. I decided to take a break from WOW for almost a year and just recently decided to get back into the game. I rejoined when 8.2.5 was just released and ever since then I have been getting WOW 51900319 errors every day constantly. I have been getting them every time I am playing the game. I get them during boss fights in World Quests, PVP, Dungeons, Raids, heck I even get them just walking around Boralus. During this month I have tried Disabling optimized network , Dropping framerate cap, lowering the graphics, playing the game while offline in battle net, and putting the wow.exe at High priority in taskmanager programs. Because of this issue I tried to play some classic wow to see if I had the issue there, to my amazement I have the issue there as well. I ran a WTM while writing this to show you my issues.

If anyone could help me with this issue I would honestly make my day.
Have you tried upgrading your routers firmware?
Hagincair,
Overall this test looks fine. Did you experience a disconnection while running it? If not, we need to re run it and catch one to see the problem.
If you did, you mentioned your issues started around the time you came back for a patch. Nine times out of ten when a disconnection error shows up after a patch, it’s because of corrupt UI files. Try uninstalling any addon managers temporarily (twitch, wowmatrix, etc) and reset your UI. Once that’s done, play without addons for a bit to see if the issue disappears. If it does, reinstall your addons manually (without addon managers) and see if it’s fixed. Usually it’s safe to reinstall twitch after as long as you aren’t re syncing data.

I just did that and It doesn’t do anything but I do have twitch installed. I don’t play wow on twitch but I’m wondering if it could be interfering with the game?
Hagincair,
Twitch has auto data resync functions that don’t always disable properly. Can you please retest the UI reset with Twitch temporarily uninstalled? If it doesn’t fix the issue you can just reinstall it after.

The same exact thing has been happening to me since 8.2 came out. Tried doing all the troubleshooting, still nothing works.
for the past month i have been in the same boat tried everything even a new PC blizzard said it’s something to do with my ISP and my ISP say it is on blizzards end so im just stuck with my game “freezing” every 30-40 mins makes raiding super fun.
Alrighty so I started to play on the classic server first seemed to me that uninstalling twitch was the solution. However I got dced and the error again after about an hour or so. I also just played retail and got dced as well. Both times I wasn’t in combat. In classic it occured while walking and in retail it happened when I was standing still in boralus. So I don’t know what to do. I would really like to get this fixed
Hey again Hagincair,
To proceed I’ll need to know this info about your winMTR - looks like we didn’t get it from you earlier.
yes I did disconnect while running it and then played 5 more mins like it says in the link for winmtr
Okay, let’s reset your network devices in case one is flooded. If that doesn’t fix things, you might want to put in a ticket. I can’t see any reason why you’d be having that disconnect using the files we have here, which means we probably need your MSInfo to look into this in more detail. For privacy reasons we try to only gather those over tickets.
Thank you a lot drakuloth for committing your time to helping me with this issue
Absolutely, and best of luck with it. Feel free to follow up here with what fixes it - it may help others in the future!
