Just vote kick them? If the group doesn’t agree to, well that’s on them then.
I don’t know what game you’ve been playing, but in WoW it has not always been faster = better. Do you realize how long people used to wait just to get world buff for bosses. lets not forget actually having to use CC for heroic dungeons. I have a sneaking suspicion you never actually played WoW before legion.

So usually I roll my eyes at these threads, but the line about pulling bosses/trash before anyone is even there happens in higher keys too.
Something about DH tanks gliding across the map like anyone can keep up with them. Stop that, stop that right now. And it’s usually DH tanks from one server, ngl.

That;s just dumb.
I feel like a lot of “scrubs” saw a good group speed through a dungeon and took the wrong lessons.
Like when a tank pulls a group and runs off. He made sure that the group is aggroed on him. so while they are chasing him, they are dying before you all reach the next group. That’s a tactic for faster runs.
But what idiots seem to think is that you just gotta grab entire rooms and the DPS should just kill them all in 1 second while everyone runs around all crazy cause you lost aggro on half of the mobs and oh look you are in the boss room now and 2 of your team is locked out of the room.
Tribute run. Baron run. Shattered halls. WotLK was THE “AOE it down” expansion that embraced it. They tried to make it a tiny bit harder in Cata and the entire community revolted.
Also, I know achievements came out with the WotLK pre patch, but you can see my mounts and pets if you really wanna nit pick my credentials.
