<Mass Res Inc> is a progression raiding guild here on Icecrown/Malygos. We are currently 3/9M in Battle of Dazar’alor, fightin’ that attendance boss and making progress on Opulence.
About Us:
<Mass Res Inc> formed in March 2015. We raid with a group mentality, and try to leave selfishness at the door. We like to walk the line between getting things done in an efficient manner, and still playing in a way that reminds us why we’re all here: this is a game, it’s fun, and we like playing it together!
Beyond that, we are big on cohesion and team-building, and utilize both Slack and Discord apps to keep in touch outside of game and build on our friendships. We haven’t had to deal with too many personality clashes or behavioral issues in guild, but those that we have, we’ve handled. We’re all adults, mostly in our 20’s and 30’s. We are flexible about people’s schedules and realize that Real Life > WoW.
Mythic Philosophy:
Our aim for our Mythic roster is to have a team of around 25 raiders. Raiders will rotate out for a fight/night when we’re over numbers. This will allow everyone to have a night off every once in awhile, and allows for guilt-free absences when real life gets in the way of raiding.
Current Openings:
4x DPS: High priority: Rogue, DK. Low priority: Hunter, Mage. But we’re pretty open to anything right now, honestly. The first time in forever we’re not melee-heavy!
1x Swing DPS/Heals: We could take on one more person who is super flexible, and doesn’t mind switching roles. The reality is that this position would be mostly DPS, with a bit of healing when needed due to absences or a specific fight.
Please have an openness to constructive criticism, a thick skin for all sorts of humor, and respect and tolerance for those who have different life experiences than you.
