Fractured is a raiding guild that is formed to fill a void on Maladath for the late-night raiding scene! We like to consider ourselves a semi-casual guild. Our goal is to clear all content on all difficulties within the relevant phase but without hardcore requirements on maintaining multiple toons. We also welcome newer raiders. As long as you are willing to learn how to optimally play your class and learn raid mechanics, you are welcome!
Fractured uses the TMB loot system for fairness, transparency, and speed of loot distribution. Our goal is to ensure everyone has fun doing the content instead of having everyone wondering if they are being treated fairly with loot. We use this system because we want our members to focus on being good raiders, good guildies, and good to each other. You won’t have to worry about the loot. You’ll be able to see exactly when you’re going to get everything compared to everyone else long before you see the items drop. You can worry about having fun and go back to complaining about the game not dropping your loot in the first place. More information about this system is available on our Discord.

Raider Requirements
Addons: Deadly Boss Mods / BigWigs.
Loot List: At the start of the tier/phase, or upon joining the guild with prospects of raiding, you will create a bis list for your character for the phase with items ordered by desirability. You will then be placed in a priority list for each piece of loot and be able to see who will get every item and in what order.
Gearing and Consumables: All gear must be enchanted and gemmed appropriately for your class and spec. Full consumables are required during all progression and highly encouraged for all content.
Attendance: Raiders are expected to have at least 80% attendance. This means being available for all 6 hours of scheduled raid time per week. We will be using Discord as a tool for signups, as long as you utilize that for marking when you may be late, or out, we should be good!
Content Knowledge: We do expect you to at least view the resources we provide prior to first time attempts on an encounter to familiarize yourself with how bosses work. We don’t expect perfection on pull 1, just a basic understanding.
