An interesting idea would be to tie old Tier Sets to this kind of quest. Something like, ‘complete this up to level 70 and along the way get these set pieces that unlock a transmog set’.
It would make some of the harder PvP or PvE sets easier to get and incentivize players like me that generally just play for the transmog.

I don’t mind an idea like that considering it’s outdated now, but I think bliz is too lazy to add stuff like this right now
Bull, we had the Mage Tower in 7.3 just for a cosmetic reward. Players loved the ability to show that they had completed a thing wiht it.
I like that idea. I also wish they’d give us more abilities at every level instead of just new dungeons! I’m leveling a new hunter and from about level 62-70…….nothing but dungeons.
