A Lot more alliance on during work hours

Anyone notice that? 8/10 players in valdrakken between 9am-5pm are alliance. Do alliance enjoyers on average just not have jobs or are they slacking off WFH? Would be interesting to to see full statistics because i was just shocked at how many i saw. I understand logging in for 5 minutes to post on the AH but come on people, get back to work already.

I have no idea what this post nor the OP is on about.

Maybe I should read a book.

They might be playing from the OCE region.

It’s not jobless. You do realize most jobs aren’t 9-5 right? Second shift exists. Third shift exists. The sheer amount of fellow role players I have met that work third shift is astounding. Get out of here with that “people need to work more” bs.

Well, I was forced into Alliance and I work at night… so yea, it’s a good time for alliance, for me!

Could be college students and high schoolers are on summer vacation. I don’t expect the entire community to be made up of adults.

Don’t notice because while in DF I paid attention to what I was going to do rather paying attention to what faction had more or less in Valdrakken.

Work, hey now that’s a dirty word lol

But seriously, not everyone who plays is still working, some like myself are actually retired,so if I’m gunna sit around in a game city and do nothing then well…yeah I’m going to .

You do know that 9-5 is not the ONLY work hours right?

Which “9am-5pm” are you talking about?

There’s this weird dude that comes into where I work and will spend hours talking to anyone that walks in. One day he tells someone “I go by Japanese time” so the person goes “oh okay. What times is it in Japan?” He didn’t know how to answer. There’s no point to this comment. Just saw you say times zone and that popped in my head.

Uh why has he not been barred from entering?

He buys just enough to not get kicked out. I tried baring people before. Is usually comes with a threat from the district manager.

I would kick him out anyways, and claim “Loitering”

Look, Im not calling you jobless or lazy, Im just saying if I see a player online during work hours then maybe they should consider doing their actual job that they are paid for instead of goofing off in a video game. Thats all

To clarify, I should say, Im not calling YOU jobless or lazy because I dont wanna attack you. It was directed towards the people I described. Im a very nice person btw, I bring cookies in to work and sugar free ones for the diabetics.

Children/teenagers do not play WoW in any kind of substantive way.

It’s the weekend.

Gov’t workers and contractors are also off on weekends, so those folks have free time rn.

Just because you work doesn’t mean you don’t get weekends off, it depends on the job.

I couldn’t tell you how many adults I have met over my years playing this game who still live at home with their parents and do nothing with themselves but play games all day instead of doing anything productive. There’s always an excuse.

To each their own.

Wow, good take Eviira, I hear you and that totally does not describe me to the T. Wish more people had a hard working attitude like you!
