finding out what caused it to start with can be a headache
back in the early dial-up and DSL days it usually meant you lost connection, and it might be awhile before you can get back online
sometimes it was OS related stuff. Never knew when Windows was just going to lock up and stop responding.

This sounds like another thing Microsoft made up to try to sound “hip” honestly. It’s REALLY dumb.
I didn’t think that was for loading but downloading. That’s the only time you see it, is when it’s downloading content.
