What time does this quest line for the campaign release i was told it would be released today at some time.

I’m also curious what time today the quest for chapter 5 of the campaign will drop. I’ve completed the first 4 chapters and logged on this morning to not see the quest on my map.
My quest log shows I’m 4/5 for TWW campaign. It usually says something along the lines of “wait for Alleria’s word” but rn it doesn’t say anything.
Go back to where the questline ended in Dornagal. Pick up A Tide Needing Turned. I didn’t see it on the map, but I went back to where the quest had left off.
