Your offer to baptize the newly commissioned Marines in the blood of the Lord Tact, while I’m sure well-intentioned and not in any way borne out of any sort of mental illness, is not a customary practice of the training regime at the Proudmoore Naval Academy - which focuses on military doctrine rather than one of a religious nature.
I’m sure one of the Tidesages at the Academy who specialize in Theological Studies would be intrigued to learn more about these rites - and any possible similarities they may have to the practices of some of the troll tribes in Zandalar and Tanaris who carry out blood rituals.
