Don’t think so, haven’t seen one in probably a decade. It’s probably like salutations and some copy paste crap.

they do! we just don’t talk to them as much as we used to, since they’ve automated so much (not a criticism).
but if you ever do find yourself talking to one, they may end hte chat with a joke - or you can ask for one
