Prerequisites: must have done a key before today

Step 1: log in

Step 2: go to your weekly chest and open it

Step 3: if it’s what you want great this guide is completed

If it’s not:

Step 4: scrap it

Step 5: run 5 mask visions/mythic+/Ny’loatha, sooner or later you’ll get something even better especially 5 mask

Step 5a: if no corruption apply any corruption whenever it’s best at the rotation

The end, easy 5 steps

But I also don’t get upset when something doesn’t happen good for me either

It’s like being upset your lottery ticket didn’t win and you blame your local state lottery that your $20 you spent didn’t get you anything in return

I got bracers again this week, but at least this time they weren’t completely awful. So I cleansed the useless corruption off and threw on a 12% Haste one.

Eh. It sucks hyping yourself up and getting an item you don’t need out of the weekly box so I mean… I get where they are coming from.

I just learned a long time ago to expect the worst and roll with whatever you get.

I’ve gotten a belt from the 5mask chest THREE weeks in a row
I’ve gotten a ring from the mythic+ chest FOUR weeks in a row

Trash system is trash.

Literally the only two item upgrades I need now are from mythic Ny’alotha bosses my guild hasn’t even attempted yet.

I don’t generally do mythic plus but I did a 10 last week as part of the weekly 4 and it is extremely annoying to have been doing almost just world content and still not being able to get an upgrade because the stats are crap and the ilvl difference isn’t high enough to make up for that.
