Unstable Portal is not clickable to complete the quest for the Kirin Tor questline in The Isle of Dorn.
Portal is at 31.12, 56.64

same issues even with abandoning.
Confirmed, two of the three blue portals work just fine, the one at 31.12, 56.64 does not work and prevents quest progress.
Changing to War Mode makes this portal work.
WM had no effect for me, but I didnt drop and try again.
Another is stuck now(4), there arent any mages left.
I can’t even see khadgar to start it, I am on the toon I did the lingering shadows questline on, however said toon has not completed the main campaign.
Seems like if you wait long enough on a stuck one, it will disappear, reset and it’ll work. GL
