if you get really close to the node, you mine it much faster than if you stand farther away

Also stand on the rocks/slanted terrain.

I watched someone struggle for awhile. Went slightly adjacent and up the hill a smidge.
They’d land on me but because of the terrain, it would glitch the hitbox.

Easy win every time.

I just land directly on top of it, it never tries to nuke itself.

or you can continue to explode yourselves, it is more fun that way

i am almost their to mine and still be mounted lol

I wouldn’t know, 50% of the mining nodes disappear as I start swinging at them.

Or just keep flying because mines or no, who wants to spend five seconds mining

I just cancel mining when the bombs appear and move to a clear spot and start mining again.
