If I mute people who state things I don’t like, how am I supposed to get offended?

Just go and expand the definition of offence.

Telling me how to get offended is quite offensive to me. Thank you most kindly, I appreciate the effort.

Ahh… So the #nochanges group does want an echo chamber.
Makes sense.
Personally I don’t mute anyone, but its derailing to have people constantly respond to each other with low effort snark and that takes away the potential for anyone else to have a discussion no matter what side they’re on.
Some people seem to have really low self control on the forums and I have seen some of these people posting how they can’t find the mute button, etc (on both sides). I’d rather they sort their problems out but you can’t expect much over the internet.
Don’t forget that this is a relatively new forum layout for PC users and I wouldn’t expect everyone to know the ins and outs yet.
Or be able to accurately determine what you find offensive?
heh i dont mute people.
the best is to be in a discussion post and to just not fully read (or read at all) someones post and respond to everyone BUT them.
especially when they are trying to call you out.
its fun to do to some people who have nothing good to say and it doesnt leave you with posts you cant see if you so choose to.
just takes a little self control. its satisfying .
You have to get a special type of offended to have to mute people, you can’t even scroll past their post, or ignore it? Some people spend far too much time of these forums. Go outside and play.
