About Us
We are medium-size guild whose vision is the formation and maintenance of a single tight-knit raid team to efficiently and reliably clear content. Deliberately limiting ourselves to one raid team provides an intimate social environment that better fosters camaraderie.
We are a semi-hardcore guild. To us, this means being goal-oriented in our play and constantly striving to improve. During our raids, the guiding maxim is clean and precise execution. Although we are not focused on speed-running, we go no slower than necessary and minimize our downtime as much as possible for brisk clears. Currently, we clear both Molten Core and Onyxia in less than 2 hours.

Raid Schedule
Below is our current raiding schedule. All times listed are Server Time (ST).

Loot Policy
Nearly all loot distribution is done via EPGP. This makes loot distribution more transparent and gives our members some agency over their gear progression.
New members undergo a brief 2 week trial period during which they still receive EP but may not take gear over full members.
The few items exempt from EPGP fall into the following catagories:
- Legendaries - Distributed via Loot Council
- Select Tank Pieces - Distributed via Loot Council
- Crafting Recipes - Distributed via Rolling*
- Crafting Materials - Deposited in Guild Bank
*Only veteran members are eligible to roll for crafting recipes.

Expectations
Because of our limited size, it matters a great deal to have members consistently show up to raids. In general, we expect our members to give us the same level of commitment they would give any serious recreational group activity (sports teams, DnD campaigns, etc.). Members can expect to receive the same level of dedication in return.
Specifically, we are looking for individuals who
- Can maintain 90% raid attendance
- Enjoy highly coordinated group activity
- Are always seeking ways to improve
- Mesh well with our members
We do not have strict gear or skill requirements. The most important thing for us is the quality of the person behind the character. We would rather have an inexperienced and under-geared player who is responsive to feedback than one who is highly-geared but refuses to take critisism.
