I listed group for a mythic. My group my key.I picked the players that best fit the group. And when we started to buff the gnome put his keystone in.
I was sort of baffled. Never happened to me before. I thought whatever and I stayed in thinking my key would advance but it didn’t. To top it off gnome was rude(nicest way I can put it).
WTF!!! Is this normal? Because next time this happens im just going to leave the group. I waited for a decent amount of time and wanted to push MY key. That’s why I started the group in the first place. If I wanted to join someone else’s group I wouldnt of took the time to set it up.
Kind of strange that someone would hijack a run with their own key and then start acting rude to boot. Did person not realize that they were at the groups mercy since it was their key?
I would not have been to miffed about the hijack since it’s a free key but the attitude can leave or I do and person loses key.
Honestly, I don’t pug if I can help it.
But then the groups selling their services “1800+ IO group, your key” would have to hand over party leadership to whoever is paying, and that’s unlikely.
Not necessarily. If the OP key was about to expire, and then he can’t use it because the mean gnome put his key first, that is like stealing your key. I mean, technically wasn’t stolen, but the destiny of his use was ruined. When people stole something from other, the stolen thing could be retaken, but this is worst, because the stolen thing will desapear and the posibility of retake it will be imposible.
Considering this, the mean gnome should be procesed under the charges of destroying the utility of the assets of Mr OP. I rest my case, your Honor.
My learned colleague is testifying and offering only speculation, at that, when he says “If the OP key was about to expire…” when there is, in fact, absolutely no evidence that such was the case.
(Hehe, bovine lawyers arguing, on behalf of an Alliance woof woof, no less… )
