Mmm… it looks like it’s basically a laptop in a desktop box. It has an integrated graphics chip, which isn’t going to give you stellar graphics performance.
You might be better off ordering the parts you want, and assembling it yourself. You can probably pick up an OEM version of Windows 10 for much less than the cost of it being bundled in with that desktop you’ve linked, and overall get better parts for what you want.
If that is your budget, then you could probably build something similar but better for around the same price, and then when you are able to afford it, add a proper graphics card.
