I had been looking for a guild for quite some time as I made my way back to WoW since leaving back in Legion. Since the moment I joined Thrad was welcoming, and laughs of banter and delectible ‘CRISP’ water were had. With the help and knowledge of these guys I was able to get geared up and ready for 10.1 just in time and looking forward to more as they come!
So if you are in the same boat and looking for a chill, group driven and sociable guild, join up!

If you’re looking for a guild to play with, i would highly suggest looking elsewhere.
This guild struggled to clear Normal, and will continue to struggle as failure to act as mature adults has caused them to implode their own raiding team losing their top four DPS players, an experienced raid tank and an experienced raid healer.
They will claim that is a “Social Guild” however this means that if you are not constantly spamming the voice chat in raids and joining Discord to talk about nonsense for 24 hours a day you will not be considered social and you will be penalized.
If you attempt to socialize with the members of this guild, prepare to deal with very unpleasant people. If you find yourself chatting with Metal, he will just badmouth other guild members in voice chat when they’re not currently present. If you god forbid do content with Henchwench she will more than likely lose her temper and snap at you if you dare to waste her time like she has done many times in Raid (Remember: They believe this is a social guild but this is acceptable). Good luck socializing with anyone else as they are the people that are mainly in voice chat and are unavoidable.
Loot in raid is now managed by a “Master Loot” system, in which Metal is the master and he will decide who gets loot. This will always go to his clique as they are more “social” than you and have been with the guild longer.
If you attempt to discuss issues you believe will cause further friction with the GM’s before they arise, your private messages will be shared with the clique and people that should have had no reference to these conversations will bring them up.
Henchwench will more than likely snap at you if you slightly disagree with her, and will more than likely throw a tantrum and give the GM’s an ultimatum even though she will publicly put the GM and Raid Leader on blast for their poorly thought out loot system in from of the entire raid team and face no consequences. This is apparently not the first time Henchwench has given the GM’s an ultimatum like this and the GM’s have folded.
I would have liked to discuss these issues privately after being removed from the guild when we were assured that the actions of one close friend (The highest DPS across the entire raid winning a roll on Voice of the Silent Star and leaving when Henchwench began to complain) would not affect how the guild feels regarding the other friends continued stay in the guild, however i was met with a “Sorry its not working out” and a block on Discord therefor i feel others should be warned.

If all the loot went to my mates then how did your buddy get his loot? You know the one who you said gquit right after? But looks like you removed that in one of your 5 edits because you realised it didnt addup.
You were removed for being toxic, and you’ve just made an example of yourself, just stop.

My edits are public, you do realise that right? People can see that i didnt remove anything. Just so you know, green is adding something to an edit and red is removing something in an edit, i know how complicated that must sound.
He got his loot by winning a roll, he left because as soon as someone that wasnt Henchwench got the item she complained about your loot system infront of the entire raid team. I hope you’ve explained to Henchwench that you are a Social guild and that loot is secondary so her outburst was unwarranted.
If im so toxic, why did i take my time to explain the issues with the system privately to you after raid instead of putting you on blast infront of everyone? Seems like you’ve got a bit of a leadership issue if one person can whine and make you change your entire loot sytem in one night.
Either Hench had the same issues that i brought to your attention last week and did not have the decency to bring it to your attention privately, or she was actually upset that she didnt get loot and threw a tantrum giving you an ultimatum forcing you to lose 6 players. Either way, doesnt look good for you.
