What is going on here? Why can’t I accomplish the explicit direction of decorating the Ram? Are these for some reason shared?
Seriously, what is going on here? Why are so many World Quests not designed to function with more than one player doing it at the same time?
There are a few world quests that were physically painful to even try to finish.
The other really bad one is the underwater one in Azj-Kahet, cleaning the gutters or something like that is the name. Almost no mobs spawn and because you’re under water you can’t swim fast enough to tag the other mobs people are killing.
Well this is the first time Blizzard has done World Quests and probably the first time in 20 years there has ever been a multiplayer game so it’ll take some time to iron out the issues. WoW is literally 3 days old and still in early Alpha… Oh wait a second, no this is like expansion 4 of World Quests being poopy and buggy as poop.
If it helps… I could only adorn the rams if I clicked on them while standing behind them. Unsure if that’s the key to completion or not
I did have success doing this! Although I had much better luck getting the “from behind” approach with the rams everyone wasn’t spam clicking – ie. the ones more spread out on the periphery.
my problem is, all the rams that are labeled as being able to be decorated are being killed by everyone. So i fly up to one and before i can even click it some demon hunter jerk comes barreling in and started killing it. not to mention there are 20 people flying around the world quest all killing the rams lol this is one thing i hate about online games.
This may not be your case, but there are a handful of the rams that are out of the quest area, so you run up expecting to flour them and as soon as you get close the quest objective goes away and they become attackable, so you go to right click to make them pretty and instead shank them.
Seriously though, how does something like this make it past Alpha? Quest area too small and shared objective for I think 10 total usable rams in the area when you need 8. This is just embarrassing.
They rams have a debuff applied to them that you have to wait to expire if another player has decorated them.
