After you or someone else tag a Ram for the objective, it becomes locked for all the players for a full minute, since there are limited rams in the zone it’s hard to finish the quest while competing with your fellow players.

A good solution would be to not cap the tag to just buff or make the mob dissappear after tag so a new one can spawn faster.

it appears this is changed to only need to decorate 1 ram. solid change imo
