hello WOTLK fans , I just realized blizzard made some changes with wow wotlk classic
druid forms , they gave me them an updated druid form models , instead the old low
resolution, low polygons models , this a change that am a fan of.
i would like to ask blizzard if its possible for them to give us an option that was
implemented at the start of warlord of Dreanor ,after the made the updates race
models where we could toggle on or off in graphic setting to play with race models , I
feel this a win win for both sides of wow players, those who prefer to play the game as
it was and those who , like me, love the new updated race models ,
I believe the new models had completely different skeletons to the old models, and there were some compatibility issues, hence why they removed the option later on to play with the old models.
I could be wrong, that’s just what I’m remembering.
It’s 2022, you think by now they could make it work.
Yeah …. I’m good. I hate the new skeletons, it looks good … in quality but the animations suck and are janky. I prefer older ( looks worse) but animations are nice and feels good. Sorry … no. Blizzard just doesn’t do options nowadays ( still no classic cheetah in retail.)
I mean , they new models used the old animations , did you guys forget, they only gave new animation for abilities in legion, they only updated the attack animations , and the a slight adjustment to their attack stance animations, how ever its clear that we both agree that having two options for races to play with in the game could be good , if blizzard know how to implement it .
because to be fair ,some druid most of time are in their bear or cat forms , and am jealous of the idea that they could look at that all time.
don’t get me wrong one of the biggest reason for me coming back to classic is because I want to play with my human warrior in his old two handed swing and strike animation which was amazing , I’m sad to see it gone in retail .
having new models with with classic swing animation just like in the beginning of WOD would be sick <3
