If a dungeon is in progress and someone leaves/gets kicked, please make sure the replacement player spawns with the rest of the group, not at the beginning of the instance. Especially in fast-paced runs, if someone spawns at the start, they might as well not have showed up at all. It’s not fair to them or the group.

Implement catch-up teleports at the start of each and every dungeon, allowing players to port just past the most recently downed boss.

Create a distance-based buff that temporarily increases your speed and stamina based on how far behind the group you are, which falls off when you catch up.
Small quality of life changes to help cope with the “gogogo” culture that was created by Blizzard’s own design choices.
