A few Evoker issues I have noticed

Apologies if this has been shared before i looked and didn’t find a post.

Empower abilities consistently get stuck. I use the press and hold option. The ability usually casts a level one if you just hit it once as it should. There are times when it will attempt to full cast the ability unless you rehit the button or move of course. It visually darkens my ui because I didn’t complete an empowered ability.

Not that this will be a major issue but during the storm primal points where the wind blows you around. Casting while being moved is very inconsistent. There are times when I can cast cast and start being blown around by the wind with no issue. Other times it will cancel any spell even with hover active. There were also a few times when casting an empowered spell that got interupted by the wind moving me that i couldn’t hard cast at all until I manually moved and stopped moving.

Next is an issue that I imagine is still just a ui issue ingeneral. Whenever either of the previously mentioned issues occur I stop getting visual indicators on my abilities when I have instant cast Living Flame or essences for Disintegrate and Pyre. This was an issue with other classes as well but I haven’t played them since evoker came out so idk if it is still an issue. Balance druid is an example I can think of off the top of my head.

I thought I was losing my mind at first after a solid week of playing Evoker. At random times, I couldn’t use some abilities. Now, I’ve finally narrowed it down to the new “Empower” abilities getting “stuck” as if they’re being cast/channeled, but they aren’t being cast. And as a result, it locks you out of everything else on your hotbar ONLY until you try to recast one of the Empower spells - Fire Breath or Eternity Surge.

I was really hoping that switching from ‘Press and Tap’ in the General options menu would resolve the matter, but I’ve tested both options ‘Hold and Release’ & ‘Press and Tap’ and they both periodically get ‘stuck’ as if they’re being channeled. I’ve disabled all addons and it still happens.

Hopefully, someone is looking into it. When you’re being locked out of abilities because, a new “ramping up” ability is clearly failing on the backend, this is very concerning.
