I mean, there’s not much more to say. Pick up the quest, go to use the Crystal Forge in Bash’ir and nothing happens. Tried logging out and back in, a guy near me tried turning off all of his addons. No one can use it, so we’re just stuck not completing it.

I’m gonna guess they disabled these quests due to the infinite Vial glitch i saw in a few other forum posts.

Exact same for me, can’t even get to the next quest. [Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger (11030)] cannot be completed. I have 18 crystals in my inventory, I click on the Fel Cryastalforge, there is a cast bar, and then … nothing. I don’t get the flask, the quest is not completed, the crystals are not consumed. This is true for both forges. I did it after disabling all addons, still won’t work. I’ve relogged, etc. Nothing.

Broken on US-Atiesh as well. Was fine for a few hours but now no dialogue box even opens when you click on it.

Broken on US-Mankrik. I have 15 shards, yet when I click the thing, I get about a 5 second timer, then nothing happens…
Not working on grobbulus either.
Wonder if it was working in the PTR? Seems like a bloody obvious thing to notice in QA.
Players were able to purchase unlimited of the flasks for no shards then could vendor them, ie dupe.

From what I understand, theres a limited amount of flasks that can be created, and since they were free for awhile, people bought them all to sell on the AH for greasy profit.
Now theres none left and we have to wait until after reset.
they did hotfix them so they are BoP, so theres no reason to buy them all up anymore except to grief people out of advancing their quests.
The fact that they hotfixed them as BoP but didn’t pull them from the AH is completely ridiculous. I bought quite a few from the AH to give to guild members, friends, etc, and once I received them, they were BoP. I had no idea about this, as they weren’t listed as BoP, and theres no way I could have ever known about the exploit going on.
Blizzard completely dropped the ball on this one.
yeah man, hotfixed them to be BoP… but didn’t fix anything. Can’t advance this questline at all because they’ve all been bought and no more can be created… “cant use this here” on the bombs in the bombing quest… the relic’s emanation tries to open a new game on the 7th pattern every time… none of the quests are actually doable right now.

Same issue. blizzard has weeks to get a patch ready, fails to implement properly, extremely sad.

Weeks?!!?? These quests were introduced to WoW over 10 years ago, and I can remember these SAME issues back then. It looks like they just pushed the same bugged code as they did back in 2007 or whenever it was they published TBC phase 2 back in the day. Guess they never even “thought” to check and see what issues were encountered on the original release and make SURE they didn’t make it into this one. More Activision slack assing it. These issues were known over 10 years ago, and they STILL didn’t fix them.

Well, I’m stuck at Neutral for a while, locked out of most of the dailies. Grats to those who got in early and unlocked it. The rest of us get screwed as usual.
And you gotta laugh about the AH (none on Remulos btw). Proves again with Blizzard - exploit early, exploit hard.
