2nd post about legion class halls now but this time different class. Im on my paladin going for the class hall mounts now. I did the war within chain to prevent phasing in dal from that. I got the quest a falling star which i need to complete to progress on the campaign quest line and i finished it but khadgar is there and he wont let me turn it in at all. no ? above his head yet the quest shows complete. I deleted the quest re-accepted it and tried it again a 2nd time and still nothing
The second comment on Wowhead tells you how to turn in the quest. Have you looked at that?
Yeah always check discord comments first if you run into trouble on stuff! 99.9% of the time they will have the solution.
Already checked wowhead and read almost everry comment. he is at the correct turn in spot. but he doesnt allow me to turn in the quest.

Blizzard put out a blue post regarding the issue, they’re aware of the problem and it will get resolved when the expansion releases.

same. my hunter can’t even start the class hall, artifacts, or hunter campaign. legion is literally bricked. and i completed the intro and the other npc are lined up at kraus landing where normally khadgard greets you and snowbird flys down and tells you to meet the npc for the class hall. but it just has the line of npc standing there with nothing happening. i spent hours going to different dalarans. doing other quests to get it to pop. but nothing has happened.
I can confirm that this is still a problem. I can’t even get the quest. I’ve tried every workaround I’ve been able to find, including party sync with someone who is in Legion Timewalking, and has the quest.
Khadgar isn’t there to get the quest, there are two different TWW versions of him in the portal room area that won’t give it to me.
This is the last step I need to do to finish the Hunter Order Hall campaign (I think) and get the mounts and feathermane taming book.

still broken as of today. still no Khadgar at the landing or violet citadel.
and yes you have to do the quest ‘a golden ticket’ and that don’t pop up until you complete united the isles and the raid on broken shore.
i have several quests that i need todo but khadgar is phased out and its completely bricked.
i just checked and its still the same
I even tried picking up the Suramar quest, which I know is supposed to put him in the Violet Citadel since you have to talk to him about the bubble message.
It put the bubble message in the room, but not him. Quest marker says he’s there, but down below, buried about half way into the rock beneath the city.
same. i tired a few times. turning war mode on and off. you just get the arcane bubble that you need to interact with, then turn into Khadgar but he still does not pop up.
yeah i seen that also. i tried to go into the underbelly of dalaran. but it looks like he is stuck in the rouge call hall area or something that none of us can get to.
