"A fallen Star" quest dissapeared (SOLVED)

I’m fairly certain I had this available before, but I put it aside, did broken shore, got to level 120, and now Khadgar is only giving me the quest for Argus.

Did I advance too much for “A fallen star” - why did it go away?

Solution found:

If you abandon this quest and want to find the start then go to the center part in Dalaran (Chamber of the Guardian) and take the portal up. Then go to the door on the right on the upper level and Khadgar should be in there.

I’m not 100 percent, but keep in mind Khadgar moves around (you can find him in 3 places in Dalaran and on broken shore).

Yeah, which Khadgar.

The only one that offers that particular quest is the one in Dalaran in the Citadel.

Try this:

Another comment said this:

You have to do the 7.2 Broken Shore scenario first and then Khadgar will be back in Violet Citadel to send you in to do this quest and the scenario there.

Khadgar is there in Dalaran, and he’s in the place where he gives the quest, but only offering me “The Hand of Fate”

Try doing Broken Shore unlock first. See if that does it.
