Achieve AotC every tier while maintaining a casual, supportive, and focused environment where raiders are responsible for knowing their individual roles and general assignments.
Fallen Knights Team Culture:
We are not elitists and are willing to be teachers, assuming people are serious about improving and killing bosses. We will not yell at team members, speak to each other meanly, or belittle others in raid or in Discord (We do joke around a bit, but not in a mean way). We will not allow bigotry or prejudice of any kind. We will not discuss politics or religion during the raid or in Discord.
The core of our team has achieved AOTC each raid since Legion. Like a lot of other teams, we’d like to be casually serious; as in keeping it friendly but also staying focused because killing bosses is way more fun than wiping for 4 hours a week. Our general mantra is being prepared with consumables, have equipment gemmed and enchanted, show up on time, and be proactive in your communication if you will be late or not able to attend a raid.
We do not have any kind of loot council as we try to stay away from the time and drama that comes with trying to distribute loot in other ways. It is up to each person if they want to offer non-needed items to the group for roll (including BoEs). This is one reason consistent attendance is important as it avoids the “this person barely shows up and he’s rolling need on all this loot” issue.
We don’t require 90% parses, but would like people to keep up with the group in general. I expect this will equate to parses around 30% to iLevel as a rough minimum requirement, with the caveat that you will work on improving and still be decent at mechanics in the meantime. We may start in Normal each tier to get people some gear and tier pieces, but hope to move into Heroic quickly.
Our group is made of all adults and we have a few couples on the team also. We are looking for fellow mature players who value the people they raid with over hard-core progression.
