Many of us are well aware of Scrooge McDuck and how he loves diving into pools of gold coins.
Given the hostile takeover executed by our feathery friends in DF, why not adapt this for banks by adding a room within banks (or the Valdrakken bank at least) that has a diving board and a golden pool of coins?
Jumping in the pool (must use the diving board!) activates an event where Scrooge will spawn somewhere within the pool. Find Scrooge, then either pickpocket (if you’re a rogue) or slay him for a weekly reward.
