Dream on and go back to retail if you don’t like the way classic is.
You are not welcome here!
As someone who also mains a healer I totally understand! Yes it might take only 25 minutes (or more- you must be better at farming than me lol) but what a waste just to be able to engage with other content.
No.
I do like it the way it is but I’m not naive enough to ignore the issues that have manifested over the last month.
I am very welcome here, sorry.
I’m sure it varies by server, but dungeons are still fairly hoppin’ on my realm. People are leveling alts, farming badges, and getting attuned for SSC/TK.
As for raid logging, I think that’s just due to the current low amount of content and the fact that people blew through it so quickly. The same thing happened in vanilla while it was just MC. Those people will start playing more again when Phase 2 drops.
I don’t think dual spec is going to help with raid logging. Only more content will help, more raids, dailies, etc. Those people are likely done with dungeons. And if they’re not playing alts, there’s just not much for them to do right now.
I am definitely in a #2 camp and it has been my main problem with dual-spec
I also have suggested on the very compromise of spec locking as you mentioned in your post.
However I fear that blizzard may be very binary in it’s approach to this issue. They will either not add dual-spec at all, or add it like it’s wrath implementation (where you could change in the middle of a raid and just needed to watch a 5 sec cast bar and drink to get your mana back)
If we could get it in the spec lock variant I would be fine but if simply asked if I want dual-spec I’d say no as I don’t trust blizzard to change it in any way from how it was in wrath.
