How do I portray my toon as someone who isn’t native to Azeroth but is native to the medieval period? This is where it gets…screwy, Zorloff is a Lopin (pronounced: Lop-in) essentially a humanoid rabbit but is taking the guise of a human. So how would I do that in RP? He loves carrots, he’s brave and tries his best to heal everyone (or as he would say “everybun” around him) I have the full story of how he came here but I don’t want to make a GIANT WALL OF TEXT

While I’m all for pushing the Lore this is a stretch to far my tastes.
My own opinion aside, i think the best way to portray this with out relying too heavily on “extracurriculars” is to use some of the most bendy lore in modern WoW in the Shadowlands.
There is precedent set that in the Shadowlands there are individuals from completely separate planets, timelines and arguably dimensions present that appear as one of the familiar forms to their plane of the afterlife. If I recall correctly, during the reclaiming of Lordaeron questline in Post-SL we see the alchemist from Maldraxxus on Azeroth so there is some precedent for Shadowland Residents other than the Kyrian to return to the land of the living.
With those in place, I feel like you could state that your character was a hare-like species from another planet that has hitched a ride back to Azeroth during the period of unrest when Zovaal made his move to take over.
On the other hand, with out an established community I worry that you may find people willing to roleplay with such a lore bending character. If I were to taken the route of wanting to be a healer with rabbit like features I’d instead play them as a Harvest-Witch who learned to shapeshift to a rabbit as a means of escape and have begun to show signs there.
Of course that’s all just my opinions and you’re free to play who ever and how ever you wish as long as it isn’t TOS.
