A DIFFERENT "A Whispering Breeze" problem

I have reached rank 25, done the Lizi reins chain, got the items, got the QUEST, and Ohn’ahra is not there.

So I did some research. Oh I didn’t complete the reqion’s questline on this toon. Fine, did that, still no bird.
More research. Apparently I need to do the dungeon quest for the Nokhud offensive too? Fine, i’ll just go pick that up and then run the dungeon, no biggie.

EXCEPT! I cannot find the quest giver anywhere near her listed location for this quest, and all other locations she is also not helpful.

I SUSPECT that with the recent addition and modifications to the zone with the Emerald Dream, and the storyline of Amirdrysill blooming have moved the Questgiving NPC, and the quest hasn’t been relocated to Kahnam Matra’s original location.

Please I have looked I have researched, I have combed through Wowhead and icyviens, I truly believe this is a full on BUG now, but I will gladly take any advice for a workaround / fix that I missed.

Sadly you will get no help from blizz or the community. I had same issue and filed tickets and was told they could do nothin try forums and bug reports. That doesn’t work either. Sadly I had to use another toon who had a visual of the bird in nest then grind torturous 25 again and finally got bird. I’m sorry for you but that’s more then likely your only recourse. gl
