We’re currently looking for a raid leader. Our current raid leader is stepping down to become a regular raider, as he is unable to invest sufficient time in raid leading due to RL commitments. Our Roster is incredibly stable and we have a solid set of pumpers, so only looking for a RL.
We’re an extremely friendly group of people who enjoy playing together and doing the hardest content the game has to offer. We do all this while having a good time and without tiling at anyone. We offer constructive criticism to our raiders and don’t berate them. If a certain raider is unable to meet our performance expectations we ask them to step down (after some level of performance management).
