No NPCs are appearing in the camp where Naralex and the quest turn in are supposed to be.

Also having the same problem the camp is just empty.
Same problem here. No NPCs are at the camp to turn in “Trouble From the Ground UP”
Yup very frustrating. 2 quests away from completing the achievement too.

Same here! the last 2 quests for my Southern Barrens achieve are locked behind this bug… 
Just ran into it and reported it as a bug…
Ofc the first zone I randomly picked to do first and I cant complete it >:(
Still bugged 
-cries- I sent in a report so hopefully with us all saying this that they’ll fix it soon enough!
