The Swift Zhevra and Quel’dorei Steed are both Horned Steeds, yet the only ones in the category that cannot fly.
I’m not sure if this is a bug or intended. If it’s intended, could flight be added please?
Why would the Zhevra fly?
Neither of those mounts are magical in nature. The Zhevra should be obvious. For the Quel’dorei Steed, its journal description points to it deriving from horses.
I see. All the others are? Interesting.
I’m surprised the Quel’dorei one isn’t, though, with the elves’ fixation on magic.
