been going on 3 hours now… my ticket has an 6 hours ETA response time. How can i log on my char and play the game?? ive been offline for hours and still doesnt let me log on.

if you do a live chat web ticket, you’ll get an answer in a couple minutes. I had same problem, resolved almost instantly
Opened a web ticket and my ETA for a reply is 24 hours
do the live chat option mate, not the regular ticket.

yep ur right, they only allow live chat during certain times of the day i guess. Damn, well hope it gets fixed quick.
pretty BS its probably a 30 second fix but yet takes 24+ hours to get a reply, at least its not just me having these issues
thank god, I mean blizzard is a heartless company. I am glad they let thier employees have Christmas eve.
They probably implemented some fix without considering what else might happen.

Have you tried clear cache and what not, there are some files you can remove and it opens again like you open for the first time, also reloads all keybinds and what not.
Check support im sure there is 100s of suggestions on how to do this.
Yeah ive deleted cache/interface/wtf folder, ill just try my luck with talking to them via live chat tomorrow. For now its time to level an alt i guess!

happening to me too, im very disapointed with the game state, the PVP queues are a pain in the …, im paying 15$ a month 15 years ago it was a new game it was pionner now its just the same stuff why do i have to pay 15$, i dont think im renewing my suscription unless you cut the price let me pay only classic or something im not interested in retail at all. and btw in those times i remmeber opening a ticked wasnt the pain in the … IT is now why is the fee so expensive now that the server resources are cheaper??? blizzard u are a greedy #@$%^ERS
