"A character with that name already exists" Day 3

I have had a ticket up for 3 days without response. I can get onto my alt characters but can’t get onto my main. I was on during a server glitch and my character Icewax has been stuck in the abyss since then, able to see on /who but not able to log onto. Please help.

Also, when you made the ticket, did you entitle it
A CHARACTER WITH THAT NAME ALREADY EXISTS

And also make sure to specify realm and character name in the dropdowns?

If you post in support, make sure to include ticket number

ticket system isn’t working for me either, I can’t post a ticket with it no matter how many times I try.

Try these steps. It’s not a guarantee but sometimes it fixes things:

Log out of the game and log out of the Battle.net launcher.
Move Cache and Interface folders to the desktop.
Wait a while, I’d say 15 minutes.
Run the Launcher and log into your account.
Log into the game.
Try the character.

If this works you can quit the game and move your Interface folder back from the desktop. Just delete the Cache from the desktop, the game will recreate it.

It may not work but it’s worth a try.
