All of the chars in my main campsite get this message and won’t log in.

Yep, happened when the logon screen thing didn’t happen.
Given that I’ve been able to log in successfully with a toon that was parked in an instance, and then couldn’t port out of the instance whether that be by the portal, hearthing, or even logging out, that tells me world servers don’t talk properly to other servers.
I’m having the same issue and having the 100% Loading Screen issue too.

Yep, your character got in for a short time, but your loading screen bugged, now you have to wait for the server to boot you character out. I just wanted to check my vault before I go to work today, oh well, I guess I will live.
