Apart from being able to get through the gates at the start, i dont think there would be any AB-specific issues. What could possibly go wrong with AB games? The gates… and maybe crying about premades? Thats probably it 
So i say release it.
Even though pre-mades were part of Vanilla, AB, if it sticks to Vanilla should by default allow you to queue as a group.
But yes, there will be pre-made complaints for it too.
The thing that makes AB better is that there are no real PvE objectives to rush so one would hope that the AV Pre-Made issue should not bleed into AB, because even those group will have to PvP in order to win the round.
It shouldn’t have been in to begin with.

Blizzard fixes gate exploit, release AB. Once released, what else can go wrong?
