A bot invasion?

have you been at seat of knowledge recently ? (it is in pandaria, where you enter into the looking for raid) there are like 10 druids, every single hour of the week, they are bots for sure, repeat the very exact moves and have weird names like “dfdfdf” but what surprice me this time is that they are not only in one server, then seem to be in many, at first i saw them in area 52, but then i went with another character in silvermoon and there were a lot too, and then i change to Zul gin, and there were more !!!

i have been reporting this by a month by now, they probably were even before since i just start that day to farm things there, but this is already out of control, reports don’t seem to be working, any other way to contact a blue guy ?

just ignore them bots were always around & will never go away. just be glad they drive consume prices down quickly.

All you can do is make reports and move on. I’ve actually gotten the automated in game mail about how my reports led to action (only thing I ever report is bots) so it can happen. You just have to remember that they usually do bans in waves and they usually leave enough time between waves for botters to make enough profit to justify rebuying their accounts after they get banned.

Why even waste your time? Just ignore them. Blizzard does. $$$$$$$$$

It takes such minimal effort to make a report that I don’t mind doing it.

I feel as if I’ve read this thread before about a week ago.

Oh, they get banned. It’s just that they usually make enough to fund themselves.

Unless of course farming is your joy and your main source of gold making

Source and proof?

Me.

Report a bot, add them then watch them never log back in again. :dracthyr_love_animated: Granted some time it takes a while but they all eventually get fried.

I thought that this was common knowledge.

It’s sort of like the “they don’t punish spammers” thing when in reality the advertisers are constantly banned it’s just that they all fund themselves easily with all the buyers they find before they are.

I would love to see peoples reaction if you say this on the WoTLK forums. It would be hilarious.

I’m talking about the real game, though.

It’s all the same sub, and they are in retail too. lmao.

oh then im sorry my friend but trying to profit via ah is a waste of time. rather sell level boosts or even cheap untimed keys if you want profit.

The sky is blue.
GD: “Proof?”

Yeah, and all the money goes into one of them.

I wonder if they’ll even bother with Cata knowing it’s doomed to crash and burn harder than TBC.

I bought a Brontosaurus from Gathering

I can’t argue with someone who is delusional. So, carry on.

That’s an extremely broad, and incorrect statement. Not everything is good profit, but the AH is absolutely profitable, and it can be to a very worthwhile degree. My AH shenanigans pay my sub, even while I still work 40-50 hr/week.

blizzard hands out bans in waves this is well known
