I wasn’t sure if the source was reliable when I read the comment in FB groups which is why I went to check.
Was very happy to see they fixed that.

I did this quest on my Vulpera and I can confirm that it has been hotfixed.
maybe she got tired of waiting and ran off.

Nope. I completed the raid and killed Feral, tried going inside the dream and approaching outside in ways suggested by other posts, logged out and in, ran scan and repair. She is still not there on my screen. It must be bugged.

I did have the raid as a quest and I did complete it and turned it in before going to speak with Merithra. She isn’t there for me, not inside or outside the dream.
I figured it out. You have to be on the Ohn’ ahran Plains side of the portal then fly over the portal. Alextrasza is there.

I was also having this issue but realized she’s not at the Bough like the quest says, u have to leave the dream then fly to another location, dont look for her at the Bough because she wont be there
