Sigh… kinda miss the more, not exacly mature, but not childlike either, themes that we had.

the end of the xpac will literally be another world is ending storyline or at least a lead in to the world is ending expansion
its clear DF is a filler xpac that paves the way to the next big event
like wod was the filler which lead to legion and then bfa was filler till the final patch

Are you being purposely obtuse? How do you not know how it relates? Every expansion went from war to friendship, had a happy ending, then things went wrong in pre-patch to restart the loop.

There are underlying themes being discussed and questioned in Dragonflight as it stands that are certainly not childlike. That the faction war is taking a backseat currently is a good thing. It probably should do so for a long while.
