About us:
At Midnight was founded on the first day of Classic WoW’s release with the purpose of clearing and farming Naxxramus, something that many of us had never done before.
I’m pleased to say that we achieved our goal, and now that The Burning Crusade is underway, we’ve set our sights on the Sunwell.
We are an easy-going, late-night guild comprised of raiders from vanilla times to current retail. We are looking for individuals who may be coming back to the game or starting new for The Burning Crusade Classic. If you are easy going, not overly concerned with min-maxing absolutely everything and have a similar goal of seeing all the content Classic TBC has to offer in a relaxed team environment this may be the guild for you.
Loot: (Loot Council)
The way gear is handled can obviously be a pain point sometimes, but we pride ourselves on being well prepared to get that loot in the right places and keep our raids moving. Our loot council spends a lot of extra time outside of raids planning the potential future recipients of every drop. Our goal with the loot council is to have an even spread of gear across the entire raid group in a way that doesn’t leave anyone out to dry for long periods of time while also rewarding exceptional effort with higher priority on the highly desired items.
We will be using the website Thatsmybis as a tool for our raiders to create a wishlist that ranks level of interest on items they really want. It also provides us with a better visual aid and a loot history. During raids we use the RCLootCouncil addon to announce and award drops. As a raider you will be expected to have this addon or your response will be assumed as “pass” for any gear you are eligible for.
What we expect of our raiders:
• Maintaining good attendance and having a positive attitude. In the event you need to be absent for raid, no worries, but please notify leadership asap.
• Understanding the fundamentals of your class and boss mechanics.
• Having the proper defensive and offensive consumables for your class.
• Having your heroic dungeon/raid level gear enchanted and gemmed.
• Gear is NOT a requirement to join, so don’t hesitate to reach out based on gear level.
Raid Times:
Friday: 10pm-1am PST
Saturday: 10pm-1am PST
-optional raids may be planned midweek or on Sundays where attendance is not expected like on Fridays and Saturdays
Discord:
We do expect our raiders to at minimum be in discord during raids for direction and mechanic callouts from the raid leader
