Raid Time: Tuesday/ Thursday 6-9 PM server time. Sunday is planned to be our optional/alt run @ 5-8 PM server time.
Q: What type of guild is this?
We are a raid-focused guild. We have frequent members leveling, pvping, and crafting, though they are not our primary focus. We are medium-sized with a moderately active Discord & Guild Chat. Our goal is to clear all current content before the following phase release. While we aren’t a hardcore guild, we still expect your best level of play during raid times.
Q: How do you go about raids?
In TBC, raids are a way to hang out with friends and get cool loot. They aren’t mentally taxing.
We do take raiding seriously though, and unlike other guilds, we chose 2 raid days because we’re positive we’ll down bosses during our allotted raid time. We encourage other guild members to take raiding and raid times seriously.
Q: How will raid loot be handled?
Given the large number of players, we are using a DKP system. TLDR: DKP is a currency awarded by the guild to bid on loot in raids. DKP also serves as a fun nostalgia mechanic, fitting given the game. DKP will be awarded for showing up to our raid each week. DKP is currently being added each week if you’re online and are available to raid by 6:30 PM Sun. (This is subject to change depending on guild member sentiment, we are still in talks about using other forms of loot distribution)
